People Behind Town's

Cecilia "Mama Cely" del Rosario Pacumio

The founding matriarch of Town’s Delight and originator of numerous culinary masterpieces that continue to entertain sophisticated taste buds to this day, Mama Cely is a personification of intense love and passion for food which serve as the hallmarks of the Company’s timeless gastronomy. A dedicated Home Economics teacher by profession with a degree in Education from the University of the East, Mama Cely chose to follow her passion by putting up a modest outfit to offer delightful cuisines of her own creation.

Through dedication and hard work, and with the help of her affectionate husband, Josefino “Tata Pepe” Pacumio, Mama Cely unleashed her culinary prowess by offering her delectable culinary creations to her growing clientele. Amazingly, this paved the way for a catering venture that would turn out to be forerunner of Town’s Delight The Caterer.

It’s interesting indeed that Mama Cely’s culinary passion has transcended her illustrious lifetime as it continues to inspire the Town’s Delight team at present and please countless clients 42 years after she set out on a fruitful culinary journey.
